Disciplinary Rules
Guardians are requested to-
Ensure regular attendance of student to school.
Drop and pick the students on time. After scheduled time, school gate will remain closed. Responsibility of school for students will be over just after classes. In case of special delay (for emergency case), please inform Admin Office to take care of your ward. But this case should not be chronic.
Ensure your ward’s all study materials according to class routine.
Monitor your ward’s activities before and after school hours.
Find progress of your ward in class test and exam regularly. No excuse will be entertained if any student does not get promotion.
Notify the Admin Office of students’ absence through written application within 2 days. Absence will be excused only for health reasons, family emergencies and justifiable personal reasons.
Check the diaries and CW/HW copies regularly and ensure that homework is done regularly. This is very imperative for progress.
Use diary for writing anything to class teacher. You can meet the class teacher following Parents-Class teachers Meeting schedule.
Keep in mind that students’ early leave without emergency is not allowed. For emergency, application is a must for early leave. Early leave is not automatic. If we think that it may hamper the students’ study it may not be approved.
Pay all fees by 10th of every month. Fine will be imposed for payment after 10th of every month. Outstanding of consecutive 3 months will result cancellation of admission. Students can sit for exam after clearing all dues.
Avoid any doctor’s appointment for your ward during school hours.
Speak to your wards in Bangla and English in correct pronunciation. Practice of English at home and school is highly encouraged. Education is a collaborative process.
Behave responsibly, maintain discipline of school and cooperate with all staff for the good of your wards and greater interest of this institution.

Students are advised to-
Enter the school 15 minutes before assembly starts. No students will be allowed to enter the school after assembly. Students’ presences will be evaluated and marks will be added in the exam.
Come to school with proper uniform. The level of compliance will be assessed through regular inspection. No students will be allowed to enter the school without proper uniform.
Leave your class completing all class work and taking all of your belongings in bag.
Do homework regularly. What is possible today, don’t leave it for tomorrow.
Go extra mile participating in all curricular an extra-curricular activities and competitions spontaneously. Learning comes through involvement.
Remember that students will not be promoted to next class if anybody fails in any subject.
Have short haircut for boys and well-set bunches hair style for little girls and French plait style for grown up girls. Nails must be trimmed always. Hair colour or jel is prohibited in the campus.
No students can use gold or valuable ornaments in the school.
Mobile phone, toys, scissors, knife, steel scale or any other sharp metal cannot be brought to school.
For any student’s activity which is against morality and discipline, he/she will be ousted with TC.
No students can draw or write anything in the wall or benches.
This is strictly forbidden to spit, throw dirt, food etc here there.
Damaging any asset of school is punishable or compensational offence.
Maintain cleanliness in all respects.
Always speak the truth.
Abide by the rules and regulations of school strictly.
